Cancellations/Substitutions

Registrants may cancel reservations up to fourteen days before the workshop for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. Registrations may be transferred with advance notice; however, free registration for school administrators is a non-transferable offer. Please email all cancellations and transfer requests to support@strobeleducation.com.

Strobel Education reserves the right to cancel workshops at their discretion, in the event of low registration or other circumstances. Every effort will be made to hold workshops as scheduled, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, registrants will be notified and receive full refunds. It is recommended that you not make non-refundable travel arrangements without contacting Strobel Education to find out if your workshop is being considered for cancellation.
