Kim isn’t just the owner of Strobel Education. She’s its driving force. Her wisdom, positivity, and strength inform every aspect—and it shows in the inspiring workshops she presents to teachers who seek to make a difference. She puts herself “in the trenches” with teachers because she was once there herself and knows how important support and encouragement are in creating a successful classroom.
Whitney taught 5th grade for several years, currently teaches kindergarten, and is a true education leader and risk taker (as well as a Strobel Education workshop alum!). With a wealth of experience in Growth Mindset and Genius Hour, she encourages teachers to take a new look at their classroom practice and inspires students to grow into real learners.
Matt Miller is a teacher, blogger, and presenter and has infused technology and innovative teaching methods in his classes for more than 10 years. He is the author of the book Ditch That Textbook: Free Your Teaching and Revolutionize Your Classroom and writes at the Ditch That Textbook blog about using technology and creative ideas in teaching.
Jennifer has been a special education teacher, a Title 1 director, and is now Assistant Principal at Perry Central (Indiana) Elementary School. She is passionate about education and learning and has immersed herself in the world of trauma-informed care, a topic she’s studied in depth and with which she has experiences as both an educator and a foster mother.
Gina is a lifelong learner with a strong desire to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching with others. Currently, a literacy coach, Gina taught for 16 years in primary, intermediate, and multi-age classrooms. She firmly believes that all students can learn at high levels when placed in the right environment, and she actively works with teachers and students at all levels to make that happen.
After 20 years teaching in the classroom, Hal has spent the last decade on the road working, studying, and consulting with the very best educators and administrators in the nation. As a result of his efforts, Hal has uncovered a set of effective, powerful strategies that drive students, teachers, and school leaders to perform at their very highest levels.
